Nutrition Classes - Mondays at 6:30pm
Please join nutrition expert Robin Steagall, RD LD for this exciting five week program. These classes are designed to get you healthier and leaner using safe, scientifically based nutrition strategies. Each 60 min class will provide you the tools to transform your eating habits to achieve your health and fitness goals.
October 17: Fall Weight Loss – Secrets for improving body composition during off season
October 24: Nutrition & Immune Support for Endurance Enthusiasts
November 7: Nutrient Timing – When and how to use nutrition to boost athletic performance
November 14: Fall Fitness Fueling – Healthy meal hacks for busy endurance enthusiasts.
November 21: Holiday Nutrition Boot Camp – Stay healthy and have fun during the holidays
Strength Classes – Thursdays 6:30pm
Stacy Swenton is a NASM Certified personal trainer, NASM certified corrective exercise specialist, CPR certified, Certified Bootcamp Instructor, 2x Boston Marathon Qualifier/Finisher and Ironman. Improve your core and overall strength to increase performance and reduce injury.

Medium Weights and Body Weight Training
Participants will bring their own mat,
weights (two 5-10 lbs for women; two 15-20 lbs for men) and a large beach towel and water.
